Gift Yourself a Strong 2024 Sales Pipeline

The holiday season is in full swing, and with it comes the hustle and bustle of all the festive activities. With so much going on, it’s easy to get caught up in the holly jolly spirit and ease off of the usual day-to-day checklists, even though a bit of downtime is probably very well deserved!

It’s worth considering, however, the potential effects of taking your foot off the gas pedal too much this time of year. January is right around the corner, and with it December’s bills. Do you have enough pending deals in your January pipeline to avoid some post-holiday blues?

If not, there’s still time to get some deals on the books to start 2024 strong. You might feel discouraged that everyone else is just as busy enjoying the season and won’t be looking to buy or sell a home at the moment, but consider:

  • Other agents taking time off. YOU can position yourself as the go-to agent who’s ready, willing, and able to make deals happen RIGHT NOW.
  • People in town visiting family and friends for the holidays. What better time to convince them to make the move to Florida?
  • Tourists celebrating the holidays at the theme parks. What if they want to buy a vacation home here? Or they decide they love Florida so much they want to call it their permanent home?

So there is opportunity in these remaining weeks of 2023 to fill your pipeline and  kick off 2024 with some great momentum. Even if you’re currently satisfied with how many pending deals you’re expecting to close in January, extra cushion in this market doesn’t hurt. Finally, when closed sales numbers reset to zero for the new year, you can watch yours rise quickly. Even better, you’ll see the results of all the effort you put in over the rest of December reflected in your bank account balance. How rewarding is that?
